Climate Assembly Monitoring, Evaluation & Follow-up Tool

The Climate Assembly Evaluation and Monitoring Tool is designed to support the structured management and continuous assessment of Climate Assemblies. It enables users to create and oversee complete assembly workflows—from planning to execution and evaluation—within a single digital environment.

Users can establish climate assembly projects, assign relevant authorities such as experts, organisations, and participants with defined roles, and create activities aligned with predefined phases and evaluation criteria. Each activity includes options for setting timelines, tracking deliverables and surveys, assigning responsibilities, and managing document reviews with pre-defined phases and criteria.

By combining project management, monitoring, and collaborative evaluation, this tool enhances coordination, transparency, and accountability in organising and assessing Climate Assemblies and related climate governance initiatives.
